Lovely post, sounds like a great meal and also enriching for the spirit. Loving the first photo - are you facing approx to the south east to take that? Gorgeous landscape.

So glad it all went well - the photos of the food looked amazing! The ice cream recipe sounds delicious - I'm wondering if it would work with Bailey's instead of whisky! 🤔😋💕

Logie's little face 💕 And those Yorkshire puddings look amazing! It sounds like all the hard work was worth it and it was a very lovely day. I can't wait to escape to somewhere more peaceful and rural one day. Hope you all have a lovely week xx

Watching all the prep on IG last week made me envious that I didn't live next to your village hall. It all looked wonderful and delicious. It's wonderful to have such a community and it's the wonderful thing about living a rural life. Well done guys you are amazing.

Has always been 'Scone' for me. (Originally from Derbyshire). The ice cream recipe looks good, I'll give that a try. Do you also have the cheese scone recipe ?

Your community sounds lovely.

This is what living in a small community is all about. Getting together, events, sharing food and a good old natter. Need I say more!

Fabulous job both of you - Keeper's Creative Cooks.

Have a great week and enjoy your long weekend ❤️
