Well, well, well. It’s been a while. It wasn’t intentional, things just got a little busy, but I’ve missed writing my little rambles from Keeper’s Cottage, so here’s a whistlestop tour of life lately.
Well, late writing means late reading. Nothing too annoying, everything's coming on time ans the pleasure is intact😉👍 Keepper's is fine, its owners too, lots of projects are simmering, the Cottage is alive and well, and that's the main thing.
Plus, Tilly will be your new, benevolent Scottish ghost to protect you🫶🐯😇
It is so heartbreaking to loose a pet, they are a much loved member of the family. My first cat, Buttons, had to be out to sleep at eleven, due to kidney failure. As you say, sadly it is common amongst cats. Tilly will live on in your hearts. 💕
Your trip to Derbyshire sounded wonderful, albeit a working one. I have never been to the Peak District - one day. The history of the village is fascinating. Added bonus of discovering the little home and garden store. So nice to catch up with friends and family too.
I'm looking firward to seeing your creativity take hold in Keeper's once again.
❤️ thank you for ramblings, I enjoy watching your snapshots into your lives.... Not in a creepy way.... But in an inspired, love your humour, love your cottage way. Very sorry that you all have had to deal with the loss of your Tilly; losing our pets is the deepest pain.
Love your posts 🧡 I’ve only ever used one stain blocker but it worked perfectly. It was made by Zinsser and I think it was called ‘stain killer’ Happy painting, x
So lovely to see your email pop up - I've missed your ramblings - even though I've been keeping up with your goings on through Insta! I hope your teaching went well the other day?! I'm looking forward to seeing your updates to the cottage in the coming weeks! 🥰
So sad to read about Tilly 😢 I haven't been to Eyam in ages clearly I need to visit for the interiors shop if nothing else!
